Family Medicine Associates is located across the street from Old Saybrook High School. Our practice has provided care to shoreline families for 23 years.

Seeing patients ages 13 and up we provide:

• Physical exams
• Preventative care
• Acute visits for illness and injuries
• Management of chronic medical conditions such as:
  • high blood pressure
  • diabetes
  • asthma
  • obesity
  • depression
